01Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sixsides.ai, its content, and the AI demos and tools we make available on it (the “Services”). The Services are provided by Six Sides, the AI division of Hexagon Consultancy Services (“Six Sides”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
02Client engagements
Consulting, development and managed AI services are delivered under a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence for that engagement. Information on this website, including timelines, pricing and results, is general and is not an offer or commitment.
03Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you create an account or sign in, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
04AI demos
Our demos show what our AI solutions can do. They are provided for evaluation only, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and are not intended for production use.
- Do not submit confidential, sensitive or regulated data to public demos, such as patient health information, payment card data, government identifiers or trade secrets. Use sample or anonymised data.
- Demos that record or process voice will only do so after you grant microphone access. Make sure anyone else whose voice is captured has agreed.
- Demos may rely on third-party AI and speech providers. See our Privacy Policy for how demo inputs are handled.
05AI-generated output
AI systems can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, biased or out of date. Output from the Services is provided for information only and is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding how to use it. Do not rely on it for decisions that affect someone’s health, safety, legal rights or finances without appropriate human review by a qualified professional.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- submit content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory or deceptive;
- use the Services to create spam, malware, or content that impersonates a person or organisation;
- probe, scan or test the security of the Services, or circumvent rate limits, authentication or other controls;
- scrape the Services in bulk, overload them, or reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of them;
- use the Services or their output to build a competing product or train a competing model.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these rules.
07Intellectual property
The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software and the Six Sides name, belong to Six Sides, Hexagon Consultancy Services or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use needs our written permission.
Third-party names and logos, such as cloud and AI platforms, belong to their owners and are used only to identify technologies we work with.
08Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (“Inputs”). You give us a limited licence to process Inputs only to operate the Services and return results to you. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit them. Subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties, you may use the output generated for your Inputs.
09Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Services, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or depend on third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Six Sides and Hexagon Consultancy Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the free Services is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Six Sides against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
14Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, including if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, continue after termination.
15Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Hexagon Consultancy Services entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally. Please contact us before starting any formal proceedings. Mandatory consumer protection laws where you live still apply.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
